Once again MB of Sarasota came through with flying colors and proved to be the exception. I had a small warranty issue with my '22 MB I purchased from them in March. I scheduled a service appointment with Ch and proved to be the exception. I had a small warranty issue with my '22 MB I purchased from them in March. I scheduled a service appointment with Chris Robinson to assess the issue and returned a few days later when the new part came in. I was in and out in a few hours but enjoyed the convenient amenities including coffee while working on my computer. It actually was an enjoyable experience but the most valuable part was, once again, they did not BS me before, during, or after the scheduled work and performed above and beyond my expectations. I picked up my car, which had been washed and dried, and left in a really good mood. Thanks Chris. I would have tipped the mechanic who performed the replacement and person who washed my car if I could. More

First- I have to Thank Emerson Alvarez and the ENTIRE group at Mercedes of Sarasota. I purchased a ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL C300 on July 22, 2022. 2nd- I almost didn’t go to this dealership because of th group at Mercedes of Sarasota. Don’t make the mistake I almost made. Go look and see for yourself. I am very very happy I decided to go and see for myself because there was another car I thought I wanted. I found something else after looking at everything they had. I read reviews and I write them as well. I urge everyone to reach out to Emerson because this man was FANTASTIC. I didn’t have a appointment (although I myself suggest making one) that didn’t phase Emerson. He was on top of my sale and he couldn’t have been any better. He made it happen and it was busy. Once I agreed to the terms, it was much faster and that was me making sure I got a great rate. I did and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new -2019 c300 “looks” brand new and they detailed it perfectly, filled it with gas and it was waiting out front. Great Experience and I am a extremely detailed person (picky. Lol) I am extremely happy and thankful. It’s now July 26th and it’s still fantastic. So HAPPY with my purchase. More

I contacted over 33 dealerships throughout the United States and Scott was the only one who aggressively pursued acquiring a new MB Sprinter for my business. Yes a couple of dealerships had them and wanted to price gouge me $10k over sticker, but MB of Sarasota delivered exactly what I needed at MSRP! In addition Scott was waiting for my family at the airport when we arrived to pick up the vehicle which was ready and waiting for us. Within two hours we were on our way to our hotel and had the vehicle home in Texas in less than 72 hours!
