Thank God I don't need this vehicle or money because I spend 9mos of the year in ASIA but these are some serious criminals if you are hard-pressed for money which they thought I was. you would be in real trouble. He urged me to be in touch with Steven Appolloni which I did...He was able to fit me into the service department at a busy time of year. i had new front tires and a multi-point inspection. I left extremely satisfied. I just had another follow-up on Saturday, May 4 with Michael Bodmer as I had intermittent issues with steering wheel freezing up, validated by a msg on dashboard screen, stating "DO NOT DRIVE"! Michael was very professional as well, did some computer adjustments and hopefully solved this issue knowing it was a significant worry for me. Thanks to both Steve Appolloni and to Michael Bodmer. I contacted this dealership online about a vehicle. I received an almost immediate response. I was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment online to test drive the vehicle. Before the appointment, I conducted a bit of research on the subject vehicle. I learned that there this particular vehicle was not right for me. I contacted the salesperson to say that I was no longer interested in that vehicle and would need to cancel the appointment. The salesperson was kind and gracious and offered further assistance. Though there was not another vehicle at this dealership that suited me, I found their customer service to be outstanding and I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota!
