My GLE was purchased from a dealer in NY State. While in Florida, I had a flat tire caused by a large screw. The donut was put on and the car was taken to MB of Sarasota. She managed the entire repair process, which did require a new tire, When scheduling the appointment, she asked for the details of the tire to assure they had a tire in stock.. She made the entire process easy. While I did not purchase the vehicle from MB of Sarasota, I still felt like a valued customer. When leaving after the repair, I told the service person that she should let the sales personnel know that if anyone was having difficulty making a Sale, they should bring the person to the service are to meet her. Finally, if I purchase another Mercedes for myself or my wife, I would definitely consider MB of Sarasota based on this experience. More

I was out of state for Easter and I was able to drop off my car and get a ride back. It was waiting for me when I returned.
