Extremely busy. Even with an reservation we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a Normal service. This dealership is cheap. Coffee and cookies served only. Other dealers offer fruit, bagels, doughnuts etc. if you Are going to wait, it should be pleasant. Service manager was terrific. The only reason it got 4 stars from me. More

Chris was really helpful and very good! I still question why a very good car with only 70.000 miles has so much trouble. I know, I know....it is 12 years old!
