Mike Bordmer was cordial and probably had a handkerchief handy after a customer reviewed cost of repair. Hourly rates of over $200 are insane, and I have to assume my parts costs were inflationary. I was disappointed that once again there was a dash message indicating a problem. However, I was pleased that the part - from Germany - arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
