We are always pleased with the Service Department at Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. We live in Punta Gorda but were not satisfied with the Service at the Ft Myers' Dealer and went to Sarasota. That was several years ago and we have never been sorry. Steven Appollloni, our Service guy, is very nice, courteous and efficient, getting us in and out quickly. When we were there for our last service, George Sandberg, the courtesy shuttle driver, took us to lunch at a nearby restaurant while we waited for our cars. He called us there about 45 minutes later and asked if he could pick us up as he has a trip that would take him 1.5 hrs and he did not want us to be stranded at the restaurant. He really went beyond the normal duties of a shuttle driver. Just another example of the courteous, efficient service department at the Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota! More
