Am used to great service, this A service dinged a bit by a video sent calling for an expensive repair from front covers leaking, that had been repaired 9 months ago at another facility. Reason cited for bringing it to my attention was oil residue still in place, so they blamed that apparently without checking further. Sloppy on the other repair shops part, yet, still disappointing. My experience with this dealership was disappointing because when I picked up my car it was dirty and there was grease on the leather of the door, door handle and the dash. I also was given a rental car which was a big help to me. More
Chris Robinson did a terrific job. Service Dept is extremely busy but they did service and delivered on time. Also, very flexible with pick up and drop off options and timing. Had a very disappointing experience here this time. I had 2 flat tires midweek and had my car towed to the dealer. When speaking with them originally I asked if they had my tires and was informed they I had 2 flat tires midweek and had my car towed to the dealer. When speaking with them originally I asked if they had my tires and was informed they did. thought it was 1 tire. The next afternoon I called to see what was going on they said I had 2 nails in 2 tires and they had ordered both. I said I thought they had one. Nope he says should be in next day . Next day I call - nope no tires next day- I call 2 times - nope no tires. On Monday I call in morning leave my “rep” a message asking them to track my tire because I needed it for Tuesday for my dog had surgery that morning. I waited until 1 and called the receptionist. Was told my “rep” did not work on Mondays - voicemail did not indicate. She said she would send an email to the 2 people looking after his customers. I said I needed a call back immediately. I waited 2 hours- called again- same reply- I’ll email them. I waited another hour and called and spoke to someone else. She said she would let them know-but my tire was not here. I said that was not good enough I needed my car- I got angry at this point and she said she would speak to the manager. An hour later I got a call at 430 saying my car would be ready by close that day. Ohhh I guess my tires were in. Not once did I receive an apology , and in fact when I went to pick up my car the gentleman was rude. I will not be using this dealership again More
