The service check-in and apt set up were easy. We needed a loaner for our service period and that was easily completed too. We ended up getting kind of a catastrophic lead in, but then once the technicians diagnosed the issues it wasn't nearly that bad. A relief in the end, but perhaps there could have been a more accurate communication up front. More
