When they are good they are very good, unfortunately they are not always very good. The sales staff is most attentive and knowledgeable and I have a great relationship with Alfredo Poletti, my sales person, are not always very good. On the other hand the service department fails to perform at the level you would expect from a top of the line dealership. My biggest issue is dropping off the car for service. The drop off area does not have enough lanes or space for all the cars that are coming in, I have found that often I have to wait in line, even though I had an appointment. Then when I'm finally in, and get off the car, you have to wait or hunt for someone to direct you to your rep. Nevertheless, the service and work performed is quality work. I also enjoy been able to sit in the wait area and watching the mechanics work on my vehicle. I've had to bring my car twice for it's annual service and three more times for repairs; keep in mind that I've had the car for little more than two years and has 8,000 miles. This last visit was the best so far, and Shawn, my service rep was the best that I've encountered. For the first time, on this visit I received a video, where the mechanic explained his work (very impressive). Needless, to say I expected more from owning a Mercedes. More
M-B Sarasota does an excellent job from a service standpoint. I drive a 2006 E320 and have 400,000 miles on it. I know the car well and am always impressed with the attention to detail. I had insurance for my wheel and tire damage and the dealership couldn't have been more uncooperative.In spite of my purchasing my car there and having a tire replaced there they couldn't determine what kind of tires I have. Finally, after many phone calls I demanded to speak to the general manager and he arranged for a loaner car and set me up with Glen as advisor who did a good. Job. I would never voluntarily have service done in this dealership! More

Ms Lisa Gillespie did an outstanding job in enduring that my vehicle was repaired to industry standards.
