I only have amazing things about Mercedes-Benz Scarborough, they always exceed my expectations. When vehicle was returned, the low battery alarm was sounding. Someone had been listening to the radio during the many days on site; they failed to turn off radio when done, and ran the RV's house batt sounding. Someone had been listening to the radio during the many days on site; they failed to turn off radio when done, and ran the RV's house battery down to 0% and killing one of the monitoring circuits and substantially weakening the house batteries. They did a thorough job on the sewage system repair but the battery damage is going to be an added cost which should not have happened. More

This review is based on a recent visit to this dealership’s Service Department. Overall, the customer experience was below what should be expected from the Mercedes brand. I scheduled the first dealership’s Service Department. Overall, the customer experience was below what should be expected from the Mercedes brand. I scheduled the first year’s maintenance almost 2 weeks ahead of the appointment and it was clear that there also was a recall involving the rear seatbelts. I arrived on time for the 10:00 AM (Tuesday) appointment but was not greeted or assisted until after 10:30 AM. I then waited almost 3 hours only to be told that they did not have the parts for the recall. They said the work would be done the next day and gave me a loaner vehicle. They ended up keeping my car for 6 more days and I finally was able to get my car on the following Monday. Also, the rear seat area had numerous muddy footprints from the service employee which should have been cleaned up prior to returning the vehicle to the customer. Although the car was washed on day one it was kept outside through several storms for the 6 days and needed to have been washed again prior to delivery to the customer. None of the above was the fault of the customer service representative who worked with me who was very professional and helpful. More
