The worst experience I have ever had with car repairs. Awful communication skills on time and parts for repair. Caught the Asst. service in multiple lies. When picking up my car I had been charge way more Awful communication skills on time and parts for repair. Caught the Asst. service in multiple lies. When picking up my car I had been charge way more than I had been quoted. Had to review my own bill because what he was telling didn’t add up. Found a 170 dollar discrepancy that required a refund. Was told if I wasn’t happy I should probably go to a GM dealership next time for repairs even though I bought it at their dealership along with the warranty. Long story short I will never go back again and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows not to deal with either department. More
