Whatever world that is, Prime Mercedes in Scarborough is livin' in it. I came in today to test drive a vehicle I had inquired about online. After that, while strolling the lot, I saw another one that piqued my interest. I asked to test drive that one. The response: "How many vehicles are you going to test drive today!?" Are you kidding me!? What kind of customer service is that? Every square inch of this property reeks of pretentiousness, and if you're not shopping new with a wallet that's six-figures deep, you're gonna be reminded of it in the way you're treated. Don't bother with this dealership. Take your business down the road to Portland Volvo. They're much friendlier, more laid back, and the base models have more horsepower anyway... 😉 More

Had an amazing experience this week getting recall repair, regular maintenance and new tires. Moh Fakory a & the dealership were amazing, very reasonable too! And the fact that they delivered the car repair, regular maintenance and new tires. Moh Fakory a & the dealership were amazing, very reasonable too! And the fact that they delivered the car was so convenient and timely. Will use them again for sure with this level of responsiveness yet not charging what are more often than not exorbitant fees that can occur with these German cars. Keep it up Prime Benz. More
