Added a few special order parts for dressing the car up. I could tell they were extremely busy, but it didn’t stop them from dropping everything to order some extra parts for the car. The trade in manager Jesse was very fair and friendly and our new sales guy Mike P was also friendly and knowledgeable. Also , Mike F the finance manager was easy to work with to close out all the details. Long unexpected wait First Tom Cook was great in diffusing a difficult situation. My 2016 Mercedes had a bumper replaced at prime collision and the radar for blind spot As First Tom Cook was great in diffusing a difficult situation. My 2016 Mercedes had a bumper replaced at prime collision and the radar for blind spot Assist was installed backwards with the wiring harness left dangling over the heat shield. A real mess which necessitated a service call. The estimated time to do the work was short but I ended up waiting from 10:00 until 3:30 with no loaner. They did call an Uber so I could get lunch but the Uber couldn’t find the dealership and I waited outside for a half hour. The return trip was equally dismal. A non English speaking Uber driver couldn’t find me at the mall and could only tell me to go to the main door. I spent another 15 minutes standing at the curb waiting for an Uber which was logged in as having arrived The lack of a courtesy car and dependence on random Uber drivers does not befit a dealership which tries to market itself as upscale. Tom apologized repeatedly and did his best to cover for basically incompetent work by their body shop. Ross the technician reversed the damage done to the car by the body shop. In short, excellent employees making a dealership look better than it ought. More
