Don't go in if they are busy I have been going to this dealer for my Smart service and maintenance for a couple years now. While typically they have loaners available and do work I have been going to this dealer for my Smart service and maintenance for a couple years now. While typically they have loaners available and do work in a timely manner, this past Saturday this was not the case. They were busy and understandably things will take a little longer. But for an oil change and inspection it took over 2 and a half hours. At least 4 other parties came in and got their service done, checked out and paid before our car was complete. No one came to apologize and it was only after inquiring about the length of time that we were told during the inspection there was an issue with our license plate light. An apology was issued, but only after it was brought up that waiting that long for an inspection and oil change was a little ridiculous. When the car was returned the usually standard fluid top off and car was was very apparently not applied to our car this time for whatever reason. I was looking forward to this as it's the start of nicer weather and it's a nice head start on cleaning the car. Especially when an oil change is over $100, these are the reasons we are willing to pay the extra, because they go the extra mile. Not this time though... More
Urgent service, resolved We were on vacation from Pennsylvania and our car broke down. Third and final visit period ! So every service at Prime is dysfunctional But the latest takes the cake I describe a problem. My service tech tells me somethings wrong with the front bearings I said ok. His response well I don’t know if its covered my the warranty. As a 20 plus year MB owner I bet it is ! Ok so do I get an answer. Do I get hey lets keep it and figure this out. Nope. He’s ok with me driving away. Which after THREE PAINFUL VISITS to this dealership. I do not want them servicing my car You know what else is fun every time you try and leave ? Today took them 40 mins to find my car Yes not 5 or 10 mins. Every visit The service manager clearly is not doing her job! Good bye Prime!! More

Great Service! Went in for my weekly FREE car wash and need also asked if they had time to do a state inspection. They did. Unfortunately, I needed new tires but t Went in for my weekly FREE car wash and need also asked if they had time to do a state inspection. They did. Unfortunately, I needed new tires but they got me out of there in less than 3 hours with 4 new tires, alignment, and the wash. Obviously more than I had planned to spend but you can't put a price on safety. 3 of the tires were into the secondary rubber!! Glad I went in when I did!!! More

Very good service this time Nick was great... Very quickly came up with a plan for multiple issues with my car. Set me up with a loaner and I was out within 20 minutes. Only i Nick was great... Only issue with the service and only mentioning because it has happened the last two times is for the service dept to check tire pressure after doing work on the tires. Last two trips my tire pressure light went off as soon as I left the dealership. Kind of a pain. More
