Service is always excellent but super pricey! Brought my car in for an oil change and a recall fix. They noticed it still had the original battery (six years old) and performed a load test on it (which it car in for an oil change and a recall fix. I really appreciate the attention to things like that but then they quoted $400+ to replace the battery when it should be around $200. They also charged me $100 to replace an exhaust clamp. Just seems high to me. So it’s all a balance. More

This was a huge waste of my time. I received a notification that I needed to get my air bags replaced and then told the replacements were in and to come in to have the work done. I drove about 5 miles and received a call informing me that my parts were not in. I live an hour away from the dealer. When I asked how I was going to be compensated for the 2 hours I will never get back I was told "unfortunately there is nothing...." More
