Sprinter maintenance I brought my sprinter camper in for routine maintenance. My service advisor Tony Fennell was courteous and professional. He discussed with me the work that was going to be performed, and kept me updated on the progress. Every employee that I spoke to was friendly. I was glad to see that they have a dedicated work area for Sprinters. I was offered a courtesy vehicle wash, which is no small task for a camper. I did however decline the offer due to the fact that It was raining and I had a long drive back home. More

Poor communication I brought my GLE350 into the dealership for my 5th set of tires in under 75000 miles... all alignments done by Prime Mercedes Scarborough. They keep m I brought my GLE350 into the dealership for my 5th set of tires in under 75000 miles... all alignments done by Prime Mercedes Scarborough. They keep my car for 12 days with little communication during that time. They ordered a bolt/ kit that we needed to pay for on top of our new tire bill despite having an extended warranty to 160000 miles. We then did not hear anything more for days. They then ordered a left wheel bearing and a followup alignment needed to be redone after the bearing was placed. We were never told of this work that was being done on our car. Finally, our car was ready to be picked up- 12 days later - and the explanation was given to us then. More
