I found exactly what I was looking for at Prime and the price was excellent. Jerry did a great job of guiding me through the process of purchasing the car. It had come to my attention that there were 2 recalls on the vehicle. When I told Jerry of my concerns they offered to send the vehicle over to the Nissan dealership to have the recalls fixed before I officially purchased the car. After 20+ emails (anxiety had taken over) and numerous phone calls to answer all of my questions I finally purchased the car. They even delivered it to me, I live almost 2 hours away from the dealership! All in all I am very happy with the customer service I received from the dealership. Jerry went out of his way to answer all of my questions and to make the car buying process a much more pleasant experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership!! I HAVE SINCE CHANGED MY MIND!!!! I have had my new car for a LITTLE OVER A WEEK and a camera has stopped working. I just called the dealership to ask about a repair for the camera, And I was informed that if it wasn't a Mercedes then they do not fix it. This is very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More

We live two hours away, and when we arrived Jerry explained that they JUST sold the car out from under us. He then went on to say he didn't have my wife's phone number, even though he left her several unsolicited phone messages including one at 8:30 this morning. Shady dealership, creepy lying salesman. Have been loyal Prime customers for years, for personal and business needs and will NEVER buy anything from Prime again. More

This was my first visit and first purchase from Prime Mercedes Benz. I ended up buying a Ford Explorer, but I will definitely be returning when I am ready to purchase a Mercedes! The high level of custom Mercedes Benz. I ended up buying a Ford Explorer, but I will definitely be returning when I am ready to purchase a Mercedes! The high level of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff is noticeable from the moment you arrive. Within a few minutes of browsing I was greeted by Sandy and we test drove the 2 vehicles I was interested in, a Jeep and the Explorer. Even though this was a Mercedes dealership I didn't feel any pressure from Sandy, or anyone else, to test drive a Mercedes or that they were trying to up-sell me a more expensive vehicle. The following day I returned to purchase my vehicle and it was very busy, but the staff made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and being helped. Sandy was able to put a very fair deal together and deliver the vehicle the same day. The overall experience and fair deal I received is why I will be referring anyone looking for a new car to Sandy and the team at Prime Mercedes Benz. More
