I called this dealership looking for a new 2008 mercedes CL550 that they had listed on the internet. I spoke with Kathy and discussed the car and price that I wanted. She sent all the photos that I asked for. Dan (the sales manager) also assured me that the car was in perfect condition. This entire transaction was done long distance without me ever entering the dealership. The car was delivered two days later in a closed truck. It was wrapped in two blankets like a baby. This was totally a great experience. I would highly reccommend Prime motor cars. Work with Kathy, she's great! More

I was not entirely serious about purchasing a car at this time and was waivering between a mercedes and a BMW - and leaning toward the BMW. Kathy was exceelent in terms of service - not aggressive but did her best to understand my needs, and then match me with an appropriate vehicle. She followed up with me periodically - but was not annoying or pressuring whatsover. I am thrilled about my car and extremely pleased with the service that I received from Kathy - and also from her Manager Robert, who was consulted periodically through the sales process. I recently leased a new E350 Sport 4MATIC. I was coming off a 3 year lease of another E350. My experience was very postive. When we bought our first Mercedes, Ira Rosenberg hugged us. Talk about accessible! The owner of the whole dealership chain hugged us -- us! That chuckling, jovial guy you see on TV is the real Ira: an elegant gentleman who wants each customer delighted. And he picks his staff people for their dedication to his beliefs. The sales team of Robert and Sandy treat Linda and me as if we were blood relatives. No, they treat us better than blood relatives! Their motivation seems to be that they want to do any and every thing they can so that we leave happier than we arrived. No pressure. No "pitch." No "push," only contagiously enthusiastic people who are there to serve their customers. My delight in visiting Prime Mercedes is in very sharp contrast to my feelings when I even hear the NAME of another German luxury car dealer in the community. Stick with a winner -- go to Prime. It's all about relationships and the relationship we have with Prime Motors is fantastic. And the cars are just amazing! The cars are second in line in importance after the people and the cars more than impress. The technology, the smoothness, the absolute luxury of the product line does not need my humble endorsement: it is world-famous. Not known for being shy, perhaps I've rambled on a bit too much, but walking into a car dealership is a bit of a crap shoot. Everybody sells cars. Since we purchased our last in 2005, we learned that Rob had been promoted to Manager. He led us to Kathy Pierson and told us that Kathy would take great care of us. She was fantastic. I felt fortunate to deal with someone so nice and genuine. We ordered an ML and was told that it wouldn't arrive until Dec 25. Kathy kept in touch with me via email and phone to let me know when it was going into production and when she thought we may see the vehicle. We took delivery of the ML Dec 18, today! She and Prime Mercedes Benz went above and beyond my expectations. I have been thinking about purchasing a Mercedes Benz for a few months now; but believed that a Mercedes was out of my price range. On a whim, I went to Prime Mercedes on Rt.1 in Scarborough to check out so a few months now; but believed that a Mercedes was out of my price range. On a whim, I went to Prime Mercedes on Rt.1 in Scarborough to check out some vehicles on the lot. I met with Kathy Pierson who took a tremendous amount of time to show me all of the used E class vehicles on the lot as well as some new vehicles set to arrive. Ultimately, we ran the numbers and Prime was able to meet my bottom line. The price we reached was very fair and they did everything they could to go the extra mile to secure my business. Because of the wonderful experience I had purchasing this car through Prime, I can absolutely recommend them to friends and family and will purchase another Mercedes for my wife in the future through Prime. I had the Dent Wizard remove some dents from my 05 Chevy SSR at the Prime Dealership in Scarborough and received an open house invite. Recently I decided to trade in my SSR for a winter vehicle, one that would handle our six months of winter. On a cold rainy day in November I dropped by the lot just to look and before the doors of the my car had shut Kathy appeared with an umbrella and a warm greeting, that was it. I made the decision that before we left I would be buying a vehicle of some sort. We crunched numbers on a new ML, and C-Class with a tight budget in mind. Bob Thibodeau worked on getting a deal to happen and along with Kathy had me in a beatiful 06 R-Class the next day with the same bank I was working with to finance the deal. I love the car. Safe, sporty, beautiful interior, and needless to say ready to roll. I can say with all assurance that the rating given is the rating deserved. My next ride will be a Mercedes-Benz. More

Bruce Wolf helped me find the best financing and sold me an extended service warranty that later paid off big time when I traveled to Florida and needed to have work done. I work in Florida each winter and Maine in the summer, I will return to Prime Motor Cars for my next purchase and have recommended Sandra many times to the Physicians and staff I work with. More
