Exceeded Expectations!! Simply stated, Prime Motor Cars will be my new home for all my vehicle needs. I drove 80 miles in blind faith for a minor repair on my E class. I hadn’t read any reviews, and thought all dealerships deserve at least one chance. I’m glad I drove an hour and a half to Scarborough. Service was waiting at the bay door, and promptly presented me with my estimate. Then my service advisor Nick turned me loose in the waiting area, where had I stayed an hour longer and had access to some good scotch, I would have made the trip home in a new vehicle. All the people I came into contact with were very pleasant, friendly, and most accommodating. When I got my vehicle back, nothing was out of place, but more importantly, as clean as I brought it. No scratches from laptops, or vacuum hoses. All in all a great experience! More
