He was very unassuming and gave us the freedom of making our own decisions without feeling pressure to buy a car. Chris even went the extra mile to take AMAZING PHOTOS of us with our new car!! Thank you for your EXCEPTIONAL service and support!! Of the 5 cars we've purchased over the years, this was THE BEST car-buying experience we've ever gone through!! We picked the car up yesterday and have been incredibly impressed with our purchase. Highly suggest avoiding this dealership, particularly the sales rep Shawn. You should avoid him like the plague. I purchased a G wagon (premium price point) and the car was received with multiple defects sales rep Shawn. You should avoid him like the plague. These issues were acknowledged multiple times by the dealership but with no resolution, and instead hostility. The funny thing is that Shawn was willing to burn his reputation over an ~$700 fix, but that tells you all you need to know. I will also mention, I’ve never received a call or otherwise from a manager despite consistent issues. I have purchased many cars, including high end cars. There are too many other amazing dealerships to buy from. Avoid this one. More

I had a mixed experience with Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. Steve was excellent during the purchase of my new vehicle, but issues arose afterward. Unfortunately, promised documents were sent to the wrong address with incorrect information with my personal information, leading to additional sales tax charges (Which still has not been rectified).Despite reaching out to Ryan in the finance department for resolution, I faced delays and lacked clear answers. The shipping process lacked communication, and overall, the team's follow-up fell short. There was a point where the manager named Mike had to reach out to me to tell me the status of the vehicle and if it had left the dealer. While Steve was helpful, the overall experience was marred by these issues. Additionally I'm not even sure the car was serviced before selling it to me, I took it to a local dealer in my home town for a post purchase inspection and they said it was overdue for oil change and other fluids.. Update: After my review of the dealer, Robert contacted me with an updated buyer's order containing accurate information reflecting the purchase. Additionally, he addressed my concerns regarding the servicing of the vehicle and explained why it wasn't serviced in Arizona, addressing all other issues I had raised. More
