Mercedes of Scottsdale was a refreshing change! I had been to several car dealerships and when I walked into Mercedes of Scottsdale it was a refreshing change. I was immediately acknowledged and a s I had been to several car dealerships and when I walked into Mercedes of Scottsdale it was a refreshing change. I was immediately acknowledged and a saleperson came up to me within seconds. Her name is Sandrena Schumacher and she was very honest and knowledgeable. She wanted to know the features that I was interested in and the style of vehicle instead of steering me towards one I did not want or one above the budget that I told her I had to stay within. After I test drove the vehicle, we sat down at her office and she explained everything in detail. She did not pressure me to buy it, she did not pretend that if I did not sign now that someone else was interested or offer me a discount that was just good on that day. The entire staff went above and beyond to insure that my experience was a postive one. When I came back with my husband and children, it was fun, exciting time for all of us. You can t go wrong - check this place out ! More
