Outstanding in every way Recently, I purchased a new 2015 at Mercedes of Scottsdale. The experience was excellent and I had absolutely the best car sales person that I have dealt with in my entire life and I am 62 years of age. The best thing about my dealing with them, they treat me like a prime customer and an individual. The worst thing that a sales person can do is to try to overly sell a car to me. I have a Ph.D. in Economics; so I am very knowledgeable about cars and the value proposition of purchasing a car. Given that I have purchased four new Mercedes, they know how to treat me with respect and dignity; and I reciprocate by dealing with them in good faith and we mutually respect each other. The experience at Mercedes of Scottsdale was outstanding in every way and I highly recommend anyone seeking to buy the best vehicle (Mercedes products) and to have a world class customer experience; then this is the place to go. Finally, the entire buying process was excellent (making the deal; the purchasing process; the financing of the car; preparing the car for pick-up; setting up the car for usage (blue-tooth set-up; garage door opener; service agreement; sirus set-up; car registration, etc.). New 2015 C400 Purchase Jonathan was great to work with during the entire buying process. Once I was at the dealership and took a test drive of the C400 we began final negotiations on my trade in, etc. and not once did I feel pressured into anything. Before finalizing the deal I was having a few second thoughts as to whether or not the C400 would be big enough for myself and the family since I was downsizing from an SUV. To help with making that decision MB of Scottsdale allowed me to take a fully loaded C400 back home for the rest of the afternoon to have my wife take a look at the car first. After a few hours I returned to the dealership and we came to an agreement on everything and the deal was done. I couldn't be happier with my new C400. Such a beautiful car inside and out. More

Just today after I brought my SL500 in for repair and was about to leave I realized I had forgotten to tell him my trunk latch was acting up and my fuse for the car lighter went out because a penny fell in the hole. He took the time to reset the fuse for the trunk and replaced the lighter fuse at no charge. Always professional, courteous, and responsive, which is why I will always be a customer. More
