I bought a GLE 350 4matic from this dealership. This is my fourth MB which we currently own. Two weeks before this car, I bought another Mercedes from Lynnwood MB, an E 350 4matic for my younger son. T my fourth MB which we currently own. Two weeks before this car, I bought another Mercedes from Lynnwood MB, an E 350 4matic for my younger son. The dealership even sent home a person to follow up with us 2 days later to make sure everything was very convenient for us. Salesman Dave was pleasant, helpful and polite. The car did not have the owners manual in the car, we noticed this when we got home. We drove back to pick it up. Just before leaving to get the manual, I noticed that the the storage cover was also not in the car. When we informed Dave, he told my son that a Certified Pre Owned car did not mean to have all the original equipment. This is really disappointing to hear. We are still waiting for a call to talk with the sales manager or the general manager and find out why original equipment is not in the car. When I bought a similar car from Portland MB the cover was also missing ( I assume they remove it while detailing the car) and forget to put it back) I called them. They mailed the cover to me immediately. I hope this dealership will do the same. Otherwise, i would not recommend to go back there. F. K. More
