After we parked the car for maintenance, we shared our issues with William. Everything was noted. Anetha, the manager offered us a loaner to use while waiting for our car. After telling William that we live in Silverdale, he said that they will finish it as soon as they can. We drove to town for a little shopping and lunch and when we came back, we were told the car would be ready in 15 minutes. Every time we take our cars (we have 2) for maintenance, we always get a 5 star service. Customer service has always been outstanding all these years. We always enjoy the time we spend for maintenance, we don’t go hungry because of the available drinks and snacks provided. We appreciate the great and outstanding customer service.
