Very unprofessional service. I made an appointment through text message to buy a car at 7pm, i wasn't told the dealer closes at 7pm. I checked on the website and noticed the dealer closes at 7pm, so i through text message to buy a car at 7pm, i wasn't told the dealer closes at 7pm. I checked on the website and noticed the dealer closes at 7pm, so i got there at 6:20pm to the dealership and the salesperson had gone home. When i asked for Daniel MacLaren, the receptionist called him over the phone and she said he had texted me asking me to come the next day (BIG LIE) and she said she could try to find another salesperson. So a guy tried to locate the car and took my driver licence, and after talking to someone else he came back saying they wont be able to take the car out to test drive it and the paperwork wasnt able to be completed that day because they were not able to contact the bank who already had approved the loan; and he said they had family and that they needed to go home. I insisted and said i had come all the way far and through the traffic to get there and i wasn't told the dealer closes at 7, and i showed him the exchanges of messages and the lack of information of Daniel MacLaren; so he went to speak to a manager and when he came back he said the car was sold already that afternoon. Really??Very dissapointed of that dealership. I dont recommend it at all. They should go out of business for their awful "customer service" and lack of professionalism. I would never come back and i don't recommend it to anyone. I will buy my car at other dealership. More

Even though the delivery our special order Metris van was extremely delayed because of Mercedes-Benz manufacturing issues (it took 8 months to arrive in Seattle!) we can’t say enough good things about Ke was extremely delayed because of Mercedes-Benz manufacturing issues (it took 8 months to arrive in Seattle!) we can’t say enough good things about Keith Donaldson. He was our advocate through the whole process, was responsive to our periodic inquiries, and made the transaction easy when the van finally arrived. Thanks Keith! More
