Professional, friendly and very pro-active service I came in with a low-priority request at no notice, it was taken care of right away. Took a bit longer than I thought but that's not a complaint as I I came in with a low-priority request at no notice, it was taken care of right away. Took a bit longer than I thought but that's not a complaint as I cannot expect to be bumped up in priority just because the task was small. I'm a happy camper at MB Seattle :) More

Unsatisfactory I recently booked a service appointment to replace one ABS sensory in my Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van, as well as my 50,000 mile check up. When I dropp I recently booked a service appointment to replace one ABS sensory in my Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van, as well as my 50,000 mile check up. When I dropped my van off for service, Bob my service rep was friendly however they did not have the sensor in stock. I stayed an extra night in Seattle so the store could overnight my part for service the next day. Upon showing up for my service today, they Still did not have the part. 2 days blown and I still need to return a 3rd time. I can tell you that I am taking my car elsewhere. Mercedes-Benz did refunded me for the sensor that I did not receive but nothing more. No offers of compensation for wasting 3 of my days. I do not recommend this dealership. More

He informed the service department that he would be there between 12-1:00. He arrived before 1:00. He then had to wait hours before they even started his service. We called in advance and set this up because we are located about 2 hours from Seattle and wanted to get our driver home before his shift ended. He did not get out of the dealership till around 4:30. 3 1/2 hours to do routine service is not my idea of customer service. More
