The total experience was excellent. I have always had excellent service at the dealership and this time was no different, I have been taking my car there for all of it’s maintenance sinc I have always had excellent service at the dealership and this time was no different, I have been taking my car there for all of it’s maintenance since I purchased it in 2001. It now has 316,000 miles on it so you guys have done an excellent job!!!! More

The main problem turned out not to be covered by the warranty, but Bob felt that it wasn't entirely my fault either. So he split the cost with me. The quality and high level of service in this department has really impressed me. I didn't think this existed any more. More

Thanks to Stori Haug I made an appt. for a recall, I was called on that day and it was cancelled - others were given the part. on the weekend. One week later I called an I made an appt. for a recall, I was called on that day and it was cancelled - others were given the part. on the weekend. One week later I called and made a second appt. and was told parts were in, and I arrived for that appt. Two hours later ( I had a service done at Stori’s excellent suggestion so I would not need to return) then I was told the recall part would not be installed on that day.....the reason I had come. Thanks to Stori’s advocacy she found the part availability WAS there, and was being saved for another customer I suspect. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s. The service department seems to have been playing games that I found offensive, so did my husband. If it were not for Stori you would have lost TWO customers. We purchased our cars from you but there are other dealerships. Thank you again Stori for your professionalism , Gail Leeds More
