Disappointed When I called to make this appointment I asked what was included with the service. I was told a list of items that seemed reasonable. When I brought the car in I found out that these services that I understood to be included were not. Since this is a very low mileage vehicle I chose one additional service and left the car. When I picked it up the next day the car had not been washed or vacuumed. More
Best purchase experience at a Mercedes dealer ever! We were there because the lease on our current car was up and we knew we wanted the same type of car. George met us right away and was very professional and courteous. He knew everything about the cars and showed us the various color options in person so we could make our final choice. We met the GM and several other employees during the purchase process. We were offered water, juice and snacks while we finalized paperwork. George was so thoughtful that he took my bling bling license plate cover off my trade in and had it placed on my new car! The finance process is about 80% automated and requires no paperwork which is a huge difference from our last purchase. Should be 100% automated by fall. The finance manager was quick, efficient and friendly. Although there was a line of people waiting to sign paperwork, we never felt rushed. The technical specialist walked us through the new features on the car and was very knowledgeable and had immediate answers for all questions including design related questions. More

This July visit was fixing what they did wrong in May. Authorization for repair was given on Friday and was told the following Wednesday they were waiting for authorization for repair. Was told the vehicle had been test driven, was ready and all paperwork was complete. When arriving at the dealer, the vehicle was being test driven, they had no idea which employee was test driving it or when it would return, and the paperwork had not been started. I fired the service advisor. More
Recall work It did take a while to get the parts in for my recall (almost a year!), but once they had the parts, it was scheduled quickly and handled fast. Not to mention any problem I am having is fixed in a very timely manner and with the transportation options wether it be an Uber, Mercedes van, or a loaner car it is so convenient. More
