Had a tire blow out may2021. Hobbled to dealer and met with whom I thought would be my new “go to advisor”, Sean, as he was at that moment extremely helpful. And I was informed that they would speak with my ins. Company and handle the estimate. (With my knowledge of course). I live in nyc and was willing to drive out to this dealership for future service. after several days of my calling for an update, with messages left both my me, my ins. Broker, I finally received a a quick apology call and and a “”cc” on an email to their body shop requesting the estimate. That was one week ago. I even called the service manage -Andy and left a message. All to no avail. Apparently, this dealership and the advisor was either too lazy to follow up and didn’t want to perform the work, or have a future customer who has bought/ leased at least 10 Mercedes, More
