My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown was nothing short of amazing. After going to several other dealerships not one compared to MB of Smithtown. What we loved about Jim was his knowledge, friendliness and patients. Jim spent a great deal of time with us explaining every detail about the vehicle. We really felt very comfortable with him. He worked with us and gave us a fair deal. To this day, I still receive phone calls from Jim asking if I'm happy with the vehicle. I also have to say that the service department has been amazing too. It's very easy to make an appointment and they always accommodate me with a loaner vehicle until my SUV is ready.
