Best Service Departments I had to have some emergency work done on my Benz. From corporate setting up a tow truck to personalized service at Mercedes Benz of Smithtown, every I had to have some emergency work done on my Benz. In addition, my service manager, Joe Baumgarten is the best in the business. He was in constant contact with me & made sure everything was done expeditiously and did so in a most professional manner.
