But sacrificing your high end name to look like less prestigious car dealership is self destructive & a turn off. It's sending a message that business is that bad, that Mercedes has resorted Nickle Diming, or just taking out its frustration on loyal customers. I say, repeal that piece of paper, or be reminded that customers actually have options. I get really flustered when my wife comes back home with negative Dealer Interactions.
