Amazing Service is an understatement!! I can’t begin to explain how happy I am with the service I received at MB of Smithtown! I was anxious and nervous to walk into this dealership alone b I can’t begin to explain how happy I am with the service I received at MB of Smithtown! I was anxious and nervous to walk into this dealership alone but went for it anyways and it was the best decision I could’ve made! Everyone is very friendly and super attentive, you’re made to feel comfortable and acknowledged as soon as you walk through the door. I was helped by Ronald Maniaci (Ronnie) from the sales team and he was exceptional to say the least! I had a couple concerns and he patiently listened to everything to make sure he found the right car to fit my needs. What I appreciated the most was how transparent he was. As a young woman it can be nerve wrecking to walk into a dealership alone, you hope to get a salesman you can trust and Ronnie was just that! I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision most of the time he was making me laugh and feel at ease. He was extremely helpful, very thorough, and gave me different options to work with which I really appreciated. Thanks to Ronnie’s help I ended up leasing their new A220 model and I absolutely love it! Overall I had a really great experience at this dealership and I would most definitely recommend them and Ronnie to anyone else! GLR 2020 I wanted the GLE 2020 and had specific options in mind. I ordered the car but it was delayed because of some unknown reason that Mercedes corporate w I wanted the GLE 2020 and had specific options in mind. He made sure (as always) I was covered with transportation and I got at least 2 updates to let me know how my warranty repair/upgrade was going. I’ve had cars serviced at different luxury dealers and I assure you Mercedes-Benz Smithtown and Joseph Romeo, who is super easy going and down to earth are exemplary. More
