Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown

This is my fourth Mercedes and my third major issue with Smithtown. I purchased a certified per owned 2022 GLC with 17k miles on 11/1/2025. It has been in service for over 8 weeks in total due to no heat. T Smithtown. I purchased a certified per owned 2022 GLC with 17k miles on 11/1/2025. It has been in service for over 8 weeks in total due to no heat. The first time was on outside sensor…they sent me a video of the wrong car all together. The second time was a bubble in the line. This third time I was lied to…saying the manager drove the car all week…funny but he only put ten miles on the car. They claim nothing is wrong with the car, but you can google 2022 GLC having heating problems with no recall. DO NOT GO HERE. Each time car was returned back with no gas. Now I still have no heat! I spoke to a manager and was told I would get a call back…that was nearly two weeks ago. More
