Purchased an GLA 250 I love this dealership. My lease was up and they made switching to a new car simple. I was able to drive in with my old car and out with the new car I love this dealership. My lease was up and they made switching to a new car simple. I was able to drive in with my old car and out with the new car in minimal time. It was a wonderful experience and the professionalism of the sales staff is top notch. Originally Tony Marmora was my salesman - I love Tony and he retired, but he came back just for me to walk me through my new car! Jeff Marshall is my new Salesperson, but he was out on extended leave. So the front desk transferred me to Trent who put me in touch with Paul De Micco. Paul Did a Fantastic job finding me a new car and getting me on my way! Rob Picone (My Service advisor) even stopped in to say hello! It was a wonderful transaction, they made me feel like family and my only regret is that I will not see them now for another 10,000 miles... RickP. More

false atatements / lies i received a call and flyer for airbag replacement from your dealer . I called to confirm the part was in i than made a appointment .i dropped off i received a call and flyer for airbag replacement from your dealer . I called to confirm the part was in i than made a appointment .i dropped off the car around 8 am so on that day .so when I called at 3 pm on the day I dropped off the car to get a report . . . joe told me that the part ( airbag )was to be ordered . he told me that is the way the dealership orders the airbag by looking at the car first ,( I really cant make this stuff up ). . I told him he was wrong also that the vin number lets the dealer know what air bag it is that is why i receive the call . and I was not accepting the car back without the airbag . he placed me on hold , magically he came back on the phone to tell me he was doing me a favor getting the bag from another client . .after all this I confirmed before arriving that the airbag was in with the desk . I also received a loaner with run flat tires . one of the tires became flat . the reason for that is the car was given to me with incorrect tire inflating levels .they should be 32-36 pounds of pressure . they were not . they were all 46-47 pounds ., I pointed this out to joe . he told me that for heavy loads it can hold 48 pounds . really ? i own many cars with run flats .there is no truth to that . . I still had to buy a new tire . not only that . he had the nerve to charge me for the balance and weighs . i have already considered buying my new two Mercedes somewhere else . also your survey system pre populates the rating in the beginning . that's wrong .
