Each time the Certified Salesperson took the time to go through new and pre-owned inventory, answer all of our questions, and we're reasonable and customary when trying to negotiate final down payment and financing terms. And when I wanted repairs done prior to pickup/delivery, service was prompt and courteous as well. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience witb this dealership and would recommend them to family and friends if asked. More
Broken mirror After an adjustment to my eyeglasses I drove home safely but had trouble getting the car squared away in the garage. While backing out to try getting the car straight I hit a post and broke the glass in the right side mirror. I called the dealer parts dept to learn they had the glass in stock. The parts man said that the mirror is made up of a variety of parts. He had the glass, but not the parts that warn of a car in the blind spot and that the speed is below 17 mph. On the way to the dealer I saw that both of my indicators were working so I relaxed a bit. When I got to the dealership Service Adviser Rich Werner took charge. He said it would take about an hour to fix the mirror. Even though I have been a customer of the dealership for more than 30 years Rich pointed out the coffee machine (which also makes great hot chocolate), Sure enough, in about an hour the car was washed and delivered. More

Recall 1st less than excellent experience with MB. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that it would be about 45 minutes as did the recall letter. If I knew this I would have taken a loaner. I had to go back and inquire after an hour and half to find out what was going on. I know everyone did their best, but perhaps a less optimistic time estimate would have left me with a different assessment of the experience. More

Made me feel special! Peter Langlois, my sales person, was absolutely wonderful. He listened carefully to my needs, and got me the perfect car. When I was ready to pick it Peter Langlois, my sales person, was absolutely wonderful. He listened carefully to my needs, and got me the perfect car. When I was ready to pick it up, he made it happen. Peter is extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle, and even the old ones like the 2008 350E I traded in. As I was looking at vehicles on the showroom floor, I was greeted by the General Manager Mr. Riedel. Pure gentleman. I was then greeted by Peter Langlois (salesman). Asked if I had any questions about any of the vehicles. Mr. Langlois was very knowledgeable about each and every vehicle I inquired about. I ended up getting a 2019 C300 for my wife. Very pleasant experience dealing with this dealership. More
