Best Retailer experience I have had many experiences with the whole Competition auto group (Infiniti, Subaru and Mercedes) and I can honestly say that when we are in the need I have had many experiences with the whole Competition auto group (Infiniti, Subaru and Mercedes) and I can honestly say that when we are in the need for an automobile we don't even think about another retailer. At the Mercedes franchise it all starts with a friendly greeting from Janet Montalbano, it seems as though we are there every week because of Janet's ability to remember people and circumstances, a wonderful asset to the Retailer. Then we met Trent Manco for the first time and he couldn't have made us more comfortable, Trent enlisted the expertise of Nicholas Malena who understood our needs after very few discussions and was poised to explain all of the options that were a good fit for our needs effectively leading us to very few decisions as a result of his vast product knowledge. Finally to finish off the purchase we were directed to Adnan Baig, who walked us through the necessary paperwork as though my time was as important as his. Matt Duffy the delivery professional was busy showing my wife all of the features of the car and did not disappoint as he clearly knew that his position could've overwhelmed someone taking delivery of such a fine Automobile. As I said I have had multiple business events with the Retailer Principals at Competition Auto Group and wish to thank them for upholding such a high standard of their facilities and most important their personnel.
