Superior Service My wife and I went car shopping for our first family car. We visited Mercedes Benz first and loved the service and the cars. We decided to go to other dealers to see how they compare to Mercedes Benz. We went to BMW, Audi, Toyota, and Lexus. Visiting those dealers was a waste of time because they lacked proper customer service and the car deals were not really “deals”. We went back to our first choice and Tyler Hirt at The Smithtown Mercedes Benz greeted us and showed us a selection of cars. He attended us very well and we had no doubts that this was the dealer for us. Tyler walked us through the process. The whole process took two days due to a financing issues. On the day we picked up the car, Tyler gifted us wine, and Mercedes Benz swag. It was around noon when Tyler asked if we were hungry and gifted us lunch at an Italian restaurant. When we came back the car had been detailed and everything was set. My wife and I are beyond estatic to have bought our car from a superb Dealer, who really caters to the customer. Tyler Hirt is an amazing asset to the dealership and we are so happy that he was there to help us. In a couple of months we will need another car for my wife and no doubt will reach out to Tyler at Mercedes Benz. More
