I told them what l wanted and what l wanted to pay, and Valentine and the staff was up-front with me and there were 0 surprises when l went to pick up my car. They even shipped the exact car l wanted from out of state. After dealing with BS in Massapequa, I would go out of my way to travel to this dealership rather than dealing with MB of Massapequa in my own town. I was waiting for the ball to drop and it never did. Everything was stress free. When I went to Massapequa dealer I almost gave up of Mercedes. The manager there, is just terrible and unfriendly. For me, relationship with a client or prospect it's the first step for a successful business and that's what they do at Smithtown Mercedes-Benz. Besides of just buying or leasing a car, there is a step further involved and I want to feel comfortable with a team that I've chose to take care of my car. Promises kept Upon purchasing my CPO ML 350 Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown issued me a “We Owe You Sheet” to have my front bumper refinished due to some small scuffs. Upon purchasing my CPO ML 350 Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown issued me a “We Owe You Sheet” to have my front bumper refinished due to some small scuffs. Called the service department to schedule the refinishing. The woman I spoke with was very accommodating with my busy work schedule and advised me as to the best time to bring in my vehicle to ensure a loaner was available. Last Wednesday I brought the vehicle in and quickly was introduced to Joe Romeo, my Advisor for the service. Romeo explained the time line for refinishing the bumper and quickly had me in a beautiful loaner. Really did not expect to see my car again until today. Last Friday afternoon Romeo called to surprise me that my car was ready to be picked up! Wow Upon my arrival the car was out front with the front bumper refinished and a perfect match to the rest of the car. The car was washed and the tires blacked out . . . Really! Can’t say enough good things about Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown. Top notch all the way. More
