This has been the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Awful place went there for a gas cap replacement . My advisor Joe quoted me a price of $97.When I got bill it was $350.65.He said 225 for labor.It takes 5 minutes to put a gas cap on I said.He said oh My advisor Joe quoted me a price of $97.When I got bill it was $350.65.He said 225 for labor.It takes 5 minutes to put a gas cap on I said.He said oh check engine light was on cause gas cap .I said yes 5 minutes into it test was stopped amd they charged me for an hour of labor.After spending over 10k there in past 3 years I am so upset with their greed and gluttony today.Stay away from this place they run up the bills amd pad prices Disgrace to all businesses in Smithtown More

I had my Mercedes-Benz repaired here and caution all. They identified a leak around our gaskets. They only changed the gaskets and did not reseal the manifold above nor change the hoses. This is a 20 y/o They identified a leak around our gaskets. They only changed the gaskets and did not reseal the manifold above nor change the hoses. This is a 20 y/o car. We brought it to another dealer because oil kept leaking and were told Smithtown did not do the right job. We called to see if they would honor the warrantee and they insisted there work was correct. Essentially we are paying for the change of gaskets again. I will never use their service in the future. More
