Second time I was in from out of town and this dealership helped me out. Friendly. Professional. Very helpful. Mark B in service did an excellent job in handling the visit. If it weren’t for the fact that their inventory showed a part in stock that they did not have, I would have gotten another service performed, and the rating on the review would be even higher. I’m 12 hours away and I don’t have a dealership near me that compares, unfortunately. They have set the bar pretty high. Good to know that the next time I’m in town they’re going to be around if I need them. One of these days I’ll trade in/up my car and I’d like to think I’d be able to do it at SMB. Thanks! More
