First Mercedes-Benz I stopped into Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown on a whim to see if they still had one of the pre-owns I had checked out online. I was promptly greeted by V I stopped into Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown on a whim to see if they still had one of the pre-owns I had checked out online. I was promptly greeted by Valentine Horvath, who ironically I had bought my previous car through at another dealership a few years ago. Valentine is a great guy without that pushy car salesman vibe. He always returns phone calls and text messages, and does his best to accommodate you (as well as find your eye glasses before your trade in is sold). As for the car, I truly love it and it’s an absolute joy to drive. A few things that irked me would be that garbage was left behind the cigarette holder, the cigarette lighter isn’t working, and after a few days my touch pad is no longer working so I have to use the dial for any commands to the screen. I’ve already scheduled to bring it in and have it checked out, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t completely frustrated considering I’ve only owned the car for 5 days. More
