I spoke to Christina in the Service Dept who understood the urgency and quickly got the appropriate Service mechanical team prepared for my arrival. When I arrived within an hour the team in the garage arrival area quickly got Joe Romeo. Joe promptly got everything processed and the repair work was completed . This timely work by the entire team allowed us to have a timely vacation departure. Much appreciated. More
