My family has been going to Mercedes Benz of Smithtown for over 30 years, and you couldn't ask for a better experience. My salesman was Paul DeMicco, and I couldn't be happier. Between him and Joe Graziadei I was kept abreast of what was going on over the last few months. They worked beyond hard to get not only get me the best deal possible, but to get the vehicle I want. I never saw the car, but trusted them enough to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was beyond what I expected, and love my new vehicle. The Buzzetta family treats their customers as if they are family, when you go to MB Smithtown, you're don't feel like just a possible sale walking through the door. They value everyone who comes into their store, and that's a rarity these days. More

MB roadside assistance was there in under 20 mins to help put the spare on, as the lug wrench bent trying to change it myself. Brought the car in late the following day after my last pt at my clinic showed up late. expecting to just have to drop it off and pick up the following day . They stayed late and replaced both front tires quickly! It pays to stick with a dealership like this one! Thank More
