Jay made purchasing a car an enjoyable experience Last week, my husband and I met with Jay Tekin to discuss buying a certified preowned vehicle. We have been casually looking for the past few months. Last week, my husband and I met with Jay Tekin to discuss buying a certified preowned vehicle. We have been casually looking for the past few months. Jay was exceptionally helpful, informative, took the time to answer all our questions and even kind to our boys as they waited for us. His attitude was so pleasant it made our experience quite enjoyable. We ended up putting a deposit down on a vehicle that day, which we did not expect to do, but we felt confident with Jay to do so. A few days later our ML350 was ready for pick up and this visit was just as smooth. We love our new vehicle and was so thankful to Jay for his help and really impressed by his naturally talented hard working sales ability. More

I picked up a monster bolt in I gave an excellent rating for my experience at this dealership Service Dept because that I received excellent service. I picked up a monster bolt in my tire on a nasty snowy morning recently on my way to work. Roadside Assistance arrived in the time frame that was given to me. Unfortunately the key to my wheel locks broke and the tire could not be removed. I did not have to lift a finger. The serviceman took care of everything related to my circumstance. Eventually, I had to be flat bedded to the nearest dealer which was your location. everything was ready and waiting when we arrived. Ray Davino took care of everything. He contacted the Insurance Co.; a new tire was mounted and in a little while I was on my way. Thanks to Ray and Smith Town MB. Thanks for the coffee and bagel too :) More
