I had a ding on one door and asked if Mercedes could give me a quote for the repair. I went to MB of Smithtown and Rob Picone was out to lunch to find out the status of my car. The receptionist could find no indication that any work had been done. It is now the end of the second day and NO service has been done to the car. No Inspection, no oil change and Rob Picone finally returned my calls only to tell me that nothing has been done. This is not acceptable service. More
