The treatment I received from buying a CPO 2013 ML350 4MATIC was far better than what I received when buying other new luxury vehicles in the same price range. They had no problem moving two other cars to get the SUV out that I wanted to test drive on what was an extremely busy Saturday there. The rock bottom no haggle price I was given was better than what I was hoping for. The SUV had some scratches on it that I was concerned about when spending so much money. They promised me the scratches would be taken care of. When I picked up my new truck, EVERY scratch was taken care of as if they never existed. This truck was SPOTLESS inside and out, like it was brand spanking right out of the showroom new! It also rides like a dream! When I show my new truck off to people they think it's brand new. Jeff even scrubbed my plates clean before putting them on the new truck. The showroom is beautiful and clean. Bill and Jeff are professional, classy, honest and are true gentlemen. Due to the popularity of the CLA it was a lengthy wait to receive the car but despite this Peter regulary checked in and updated me on the status. Not once through the whole process did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I got exactly what I wanted and am loving it.
