I have been a client of Mercedes of Smithtown since 2012 and i am extremely happy with Mercedes of Smithtown, I love the sales team and my service advisor Rob who is a great advisor. i recently returned my and i am extremely happy with Mercedes of Smithtown, I love the sales team and my service advisor Rob who is a great advisor. i recently returned my old Mercedes 450 E which was 2019 and met with Sales person Sophia who happened to be a great help to find me exactly what i was looking for when there was no 2021 Mercedes in their show room, she was able to search and locate a 450E 2021 Mercedes and got it for me, she worked so hard to find me my dream car with the color that i wanted ( Polar White) and it was loaded in another dealer with all of the options that i wanted in my new lease. I also want to mention that before i got my new lease about 2 weeks ago my old 2019 Mercedes Battery died on me and when i called Mercedes Service they were gone for the day it was after 5.30 Pm and had to call the sales dept of Mercedes of smithtown and spoke with Fritz who also on the sales team and he was able to walk me through how i can unlock the car and open the hood etc... it was not his job to help me since he is not woking in the service department but because he was my previous sales person he didn't mind helping me a time of distress.( Fritz is another great sales person) i was so grateful for his help. i absolutely love working with all of the people i mentioned, great sales and service team. i highly recommend Mercedes of Smithtown to all of my family members and my friends. Thank you Mercedes of Smithtown for treating me as a family member. More

when I bought a car, they were trying to push me to buy bundle protection from Axion. The Axion insurance is a very bad company and made all the excuse not to pay my $500 deductible which I paid near $3,7 bundle protection from Axion. The Axion insurance is a very bad company and made all the excuse not to pay my $500 deductible which I paid near $3,700 for the bundle protection. MB Smithtown as an agent for selling this bad product of Axion did not do anything to help. More
