I had dealt with Helms Mercedes for many years, due to proximity, but was never truly satisfied with the experience. The sales and service department is all about business. I always got the feeling that I was annoying and bothering them. I am not the type that believes that because I have a Mercedes that I expect to be treated like a King, but I do expect to be treated like a customer. If they don’t appreciate me, no problem, they are not the only guys in town. Free coffee and bagels are nice, but customer satisfaction and relationship need to be the major priority. At this they cant compare to Mercedes Benz of Smithtown. I spoke to a friend who recommended I speak to Bill or Alan at MB of Smithtown. I did and I am totally glad I did. Alan is great, honest,personable and explains everything.He truly wants you to be a satisfied customer. I know I am. They pick up and drop off when you need service. The showroom is impressive. You can see the repair shop thru the big windows by the waiting area. There is no pressure, everybody is friendly. Love this dealership and my friends will be coming here too. I will be their loyal customer. I recommend you visit these guys, even just for the experience. More
