My car was towed to Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte for service. The address is 950 N Polk St, Pineville , NC 28134. I was told the diagnostic fee is $250. After the diagnostic was completed, I was later t service. The address is 950 N Polk St, Pineville , NC 28134. I was told the diagnostic fee is $250. After the diagnostic was completed, I was later told that there would be another $250 charge as another issue was found. It was never disclosed to me that every issue found would be $250. That is very important information that should be disclosed to the customer up front. In addition they wanted to charge over 5k for a tear down of my vehicle in addition to the work. The service manager was also very rude when I called to check on the status of my vehicle and also pick it up. More
