Once I realized that was the car I wanted, David and his team searched all over the Southeast and found the color I wanted down in LA and had it shipped to Charlotte. On pickup day, David continued to assist and Jonathan Emmanuel gave me hands-on training of the many features of the car and emailed me a video out of the blue the next day on the next steps I needed in programming the car. Answered all our questions with his 40+ years of experience and was patient as we made our decision. It was the little things that we appreciated- as we worked through the purchase paperwork, he had the car washed, refueled, tags placed on the car, etc. He coordinated with Jonathan who met us as we walked out the door to the car. Jonathan was professional and reviewed all the features of the car. He helped us set up all the technology features such as synching my phone, setting up satellite radio, etc.- again all the little things. Overall seamless from beginning to end.
