Karsten was knowledgeable, honest and frank about comparing the pros and cons of each of the vehicles I looked at, the various models, and new versus pre-owned. He was patient and took his time explaining things, I was never rushed. I purchased a GLE 350, and traded in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I pushed them hard for a good deal, and while they didn't give me what I wanted, I still consider it in the ballpark of a fair deal. Jonathan Emmanuel was also very helpful in explaining all of the bells and whistles on the GLE. More
