We took an in-depth look at three different cars, including a test-drive of each one, and I was able to arrive at the vehicle of my choice -- at my own pace. Glenn was extremely knowledgeable of all of the vehicles and was able to answer all of my questions, no matter how obscure (or obvious!). However, one of the things that struck me about Glenn's was his knowledge about the cars, and his personality. Dave Rodriguez, sales, and Aundre Newman, service, keep my family coming back and we have referred many friends to both based on their best in class service and support. I had a new car delivery that was last minute due to my travel schedule and a pending lease turn in. Another one of Dave’s associates that was to do the delivery was out on vacation. Within an hour or two of my last minute call to Dave he arranged the delivery of our new car. My wife was extremely happy to get her new Mercedes cabriolet and so thankful for our friend, Dave. If Dave did not go above and beyond we would not have been able to pick up our car until a week later based on my travel.
